Tuesdays, November 13-December 4, 7 p.m. CST Cancelled - reschedule date to be announced
In this four-week course, we begin to explore the philosophical underpinnings of the ancient Egyptians. What did they believe and how did those beliefs influence the spiritual cultures that followed? What secrets from this 5,000-year-old tradition are still relevant to the spiritual lives of modern humankind? Emphasis will be placed on what the Egyptians themselves say through the ancient texts, and will reference material in Normandi’s book Imagining the World into Existence: An Ancient Egyptian Manual of Consciousness.
Class 1) Co-Creation: The Spirit of the Natural World
Class 2) Hieroglyphic Thinking: An Exploration of Symbol
Class 3) The Natural World and the Bodies of Goddesses & Gods
Class 4) Vibration as Egypt’s First Sound and Light Show
No previous knowledge of ancient Egypt is necessary. All levels of experience are welcome.
