ReneeRyan_FQigong and Tai Ji are ancient forms of meditative movement based on Chinese traditional medicine using the mind and body to harmonize energy. These movements aid your immune system, improve mental clarity and mood, boost physical energy, and relieve stress.

Renee Ryan, codirector of the Lightheart Center, has practiced the healing arts for 30 years and has studied Qigong and Tai Ji in the United States, China, and Korea.
