2015 School of the Wisdom in Bhowali, at Himalayas
Ancient Wisdom - Modern Insight
With Prof. R. C. Tampi
7-17 September 2015

This year a special session of the School of the Wisdom will be held during September 2015 at the Himalayan Center of the Indian Section at Bhowali. Maintaining the spiritual atmosphere of the old Ashram in Bhowali, the new center has been built with modern facilities suitable for study, meditation, and retreat. It can accommodate about 30 delegates in newly built rooms with en suite bath rooms. The facility has hot water and the caterer provides excellent North Indian food. The newly commissioned "Dr. Radha Burnier Hall" can accommodate 100 delegates. The center provides a panoramic view of the mountain ranges and valley and is conducive to quiet meditation and contemplation. Read More

  FLORIDA FEDERATION

The Florida Federation had a successful Annual Convention at the beautiful grounds of Kashi Ashram with and outstanding presentation by Eneida Carbonell. The event was very well attended by members of the region and friends, all gathered at the joyful weekend. Plans are in process for the 2016 Convention "The Illumined Mind - Its Nature and Awakening" with Pablo Sender, at San Carlos Conference Center, in Delray Beach, Fl 33446, on May 20, 21 & 22.

  HENRY S. OLCOTT MEMORIAL LIBRARY

The library is offering Library Cuttings for sale! These are plant cuttings taken from the library's plants with a choice of quotations taken from our book collection. Select from photographs of nature taken on the grounds at Olcott and from homemade paper cards made from our "scratch paper".

Help protect your paperbound books with adhesive covering for $3 per medium-sized book! Larger books are $5. Ask for our Book Advocate services. We can mend and reinforce books from your collection, fix loose spines, protect corners, repair tears, and more.

A new feature in the library catalog online allows patrons to save their reading history. Log in to your account with your ID and password, then select Preferences. Checkmark Record My Reading History and Show My Checkout History. From that point on, for up to two years, a checkout record will be available to you in your account.
