Jean Delville 
was a Belgian symbolist painter, author, and teacher. He was a founder of the Theosophical Society in Belgium and served as its first General Secretary in the years 1911-1913. He was a follower of J. Krishnamurti and National Representative of the Order of the Star in the East.

Mindfulness of Breathing can be practiced by people of all faiths and all ages; the only requirement is that one breathes! In this hands-on and informative course, you will have an opportunity to deepen your meditation experience by cultivating mindfulness, concentration and serenity.The course is designed to be progressive, with each class building on the previous one so that you can refine your skill. Each session will include instruction, a period of guided meditation, and time for questions and discussion.

The couple's sound therapy work features a guided visualization, followed by an hour-long sound immersion with three large gongs.
