This holistic course combines ancient Vedic knowledge with modern science, demonstrating how conscious alterations of the breath transform the central nervous system, leading to a calmer, more peaceful lifestyle, mental clarity, and advancing spiritual growth.

Throughout each class, participants will be introduced to the structural framework of astral anatomy that guides the flow of prana. Moving beyond theory, each weekly session incorporates traditional mudras, bandhas, and 30 minutes of advanced breath control practices, complemented by guided chanting, meditation, and the Eight Limbs of Raja Yoga. This comprehensive course serves as a tool for self-mastery, inner silence, and energetic balancing.

Olga Enslen 1Olga Enslen, MA, MSN, RN, Certified Breathwork & Pranayama Teacher, was born in Ukraine, where she trained in television and theatre, earning an associate degree in theater and a master’s degree in motion picture and television. As a director and presenter, she honed an artful presence and an instinct for public speaking. After immigrating to the United States, she redirected that creative discipline toward healing, earning a master’s degree in nursing science. Olga brings six years of experience teaching advanced nursing courses at Elmhurst University, Illinois, and working as a surgical nurse, combining clinical rigor with clear, compassionate pedagogy. Personal encounters with serious illness led Olga inward to meditation, esotericism, and Theosophy, where pranayama and breathwork became anchors for recovery and transformation. She offers classes that blend embodied technique, therapeutic insight, and friendly communication, inviting participants to deepen their resilience, presence, and spiritual unfolding.

Program Format

This is an in-person program located at 1926 N. Main Street, Wheaton, Illinois 60187.
