Embodied Meditation with Martin Aylward 2 3 22 1Many of us approach our meditation practice on a mind level, trying our best to clear our thoughts and let the practice bring us more deeply into contact with the immediacy, richness, and mystery of life.

Instead of treating meditation as a mental practice, what if we explore and understand it as a fundamentally visceral one? In what ways might the Buddhist path to liberation be a somatic practice of an ever-deepening attunement to the wisdom of our bodies? Might this help us enrich our practice?

Join Martin Aylward as he explores embodied awareness, the spiritual implications of deep relaxation, and deeply-embodied Awakening.
