Join award-winning author, psychotherapist, and meditation teacher Loch Kelly for an introduction to Effortless Mindfulness, an advanced yet simple approach to accessing our higher consciousness directly at any time of the day.

Loch has studied with some of the greatest meditation teachers of our generation from all spiritual paths. He has created practical modern versions of advanced yet simple micro-meditations based on common principles from many contemplative traditions. Loch’s unique “Glimpses” combine ancient wisdom and modern evidence-based science to provide a most effective way to shift into our already awake open mind and open heart.

Loch Kelly, M.Div., LCSW, is an award-winning author, psychotherapist, and meditation teacher and is the founder of the 501(c)(3) non-profit Effortless Mindfulness Institute. Loch's teachings synthesize ancient wisdom practices, neuroscience, and contemporary psychology to help people access awakening as the next natural stage of human development. He offers a unique experiential teaching style to assist in the recognition, realization, and full embodiment of our true nature. Loch has been fortunate to be trained by some of the greatest meditation teachers of our generation. His teachings are based in the earliest nondual wisdom traditions, modern science, and psychotherapy. Loch has practiced in different schools of meditation and  psychology and has gathered the most effective methods from all the world traditions. Loch has collaborated with neuroscientists at Yale, UPenn, and NYU to study how awareness training can enhance compassion and wellbeing. He served on the New York Insight Teachers Council, co-taught with Richard Schwartz and Dan Siegel, and is affiliated with Adyashanti. Loch offers in-person and virtual retreats and courses, a podcast, and is developing the first Effortless Mindfulness app, which is due to launch soon.
