Drawing from more than three decades in Silicon Valley high-tech, international business, and executive education, Silvia examines how AI is changing human agency, trust, decision-making, and the future we are shaping.
The focus is not on AI as a purely technical tool or a spiritual abstraction, but as a practical invitation to use technology with greater awareness, responsibility, and choice.
Silvia R. Meyer is an executive advisor, speaker, and educator with more than three decades of experience in Silicon Valley high-tech, international business strategy, leadership development, and global transformation. She has worked with companies including Cisco, IBM, Lucent Technologies, Autodesk, and HP, and has taught executive and graduate programs in global business, innovation, leadership, and organizational change. She currently teaches executives in Europe about change management and AI adoption, helping leaders understand AI as both a technology shift and a leadership-readiness challenge. Her TEDx talk, The Conscious Code: AI as a Mirror, explores how AI reflects human patterns, power, responsibility, and choice.
