Mindful Ecstasy The Chemistry of Happiness Flow and Wellbeing William BloomBreakthroughs in the understanding of mind-body-spirit medicine now enable us to improve our physical, emotional, and mental health, as well as boost our spiritual growth for more compassion, connection, and consciousness. In this inspiring, experiential workshop, participants will learn essential concepts and practices that can be used immediately and shared with friends or clients.

Dr. William Bloom, the pioneering author of The Endorphin Effect and The Power of Modern Spirituality, will map the crucial interdependence of your mood, mind, and physiology — brain, heart/breath, and gut — and explain how these are profoundly influenced by subtle energies. This subtle dimension includes your significant connection with Nature and Source.

In a series of practical, guided exercises, participants will learn how to:

  • Trigger a cocktail of feel-good hormones
  • Guide the nervous system into a calm and relaxed flow
  • Improve mindfulness, compassion, and sense of purpose
  • Tailor the strategies during crisis or exhaustion
  • Sustain wellbeing and development

“A brilliant, mature, and enlightening strategy . . . In this superb training, William Bloom provides very engaging insights and inspiration.”  —Caroline Myss, author of Why People Don't Heal
