At a time when so many of us are experiencing deep stressors and anxiety due to numerous factors, it is important to be able to access our inner wisdom and intuition to make clear uplifting choices. The mystical Eye of Horus, which in Yoga traditions is called the “third eye” or Ajna chakra, is the chakra associated with intuition, insight, and mysticism. It can help us access higher consciousness and wisdom. In this workshop we will explore and experience yogic techniques and lifestyle practices to help us release our excess thoughts and mental distractions, so deep inner wisdom and direction can come to us more easily and clearly.
Join us to explore and experience:
- Simple yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation practices to quiet the mind, allowing intuition to come through more clearly;
- Practical ways to distinguish intuition from thoughts generated through ego and fear;
- Teachings from the Yoga Sutras related to lifestyle and yoga practice to help us access our deeper selves;
- How to access inner wisdom through chakra sounds and mantras.
Registration includes on-demand access to a recording of the program, which can be viewed for two weeks following the program date.
