Friday, May 10, 4:00 p.m.
Let us join together in celebrating Beltane, or May Day. Beltane is the time to welcome beauty – both the outer beauty of blossoming flowers and our own inner beauty.
This celebration is designed for families with children but is open to all. It will begin with a short ceremony to connect us to nature. Next, we will sing, dance, create, share, and make music. We will then share beautiful flower bouquets with some very important people. The event will end with another ceremony to direct the energy from the celebration inward.
Parents are required to stay with their children at all times. When you RSVP, please indicate any food allergies.
Facilitated by Genis Schmidt and Shantal Alonso
This event is free, but pre-registration is encouraged.
