Boost Immunity with Tai Chi and Qigong Zuzana Tkacova 4.6.24Tai Chi is a beautiful system of moving meditation that helps in the relaxation of the mind and body, improving balance, and in coordination and overall health. While it is scientifically proven that regular Tai Chi practice can help to improve balance and prevent falls in older adults, everyone can benefit from it, regardless of age.

During this workshop, we will learn a few basic Tai Chi steps and movements. We will also practice Qigong, a beautiful healing meditation that is based on traditional Chinese medicine. Participants will be guided through Qigong movements that can help boost immunity and benefit the lungs and kidneys.

Zuzana Tkacova photoZuzana Tkacova is a certified tai chi instructor, certified springforest qigong healer, certified medical qigong therapist, reiki 1 practitioner, certified pranic healer, and certified acupressure trainer working towards her Master of Medical Qigong degree. She also holds a Doctor of Pharmacy diploma from Slovakia. She teaches tai chi and qigong meditations for cancer support centers, retirement communities, and corporate classes, and runs her own tai chi and qigong programs online and in person.
