This yoga class, open to all ages and levels, will focus on present moment awareness of the postures. Classes begin with a short meditation and transition into a conscious and gentle movement that will take us to different asanas (postures). As a deeper connection with our inner nature is established, relaxation, flexibility, and strength develop.

Library Cuttings are For Sale!
When you visit Olcott for the Summer National Convention be sure to select plant cuttings taken from the library's plants with a choice of quotations taken from our book collection. Put together a card or postcard by selecting from photographs of nature taken on the grounds at Olcott and from homemade paper cards made from the library's "scratch paper" ($3 including photo and quotation) or cardstock ($2 including photo and quotation).
