In the midst of today’s uncertainties, many of us long for a deeper sense of peace, clarity, and connection. Inner Sanctuary is a day-long meditation retreat designed to nurture your inner well-being and support your personal journey inward.
Whether you are new to meditation or looking to deepen your existing practice, this retreat offers a welcoming space for all experience levels. We will begin with accessible foundations of meditation and gradually move into deeper layers of stillness, awareness, and presence.
Throughout the day, you will receive gentle guidance, practical tools, and meaningful insights to help you build a sustainable meditation practice that can support you far beyond the retreat itself. Take this opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and rediscover the sanctuary within.
Registrants will receive on-demand access to recording(s) that can be viewed for two weeks following the conclusion of the program.
TS members: $60 • Nonmembers: $70
You may bring a vegetarian lunch with you or eat at a nearby restaurant during the lunch break.
