Saturday, July 11, 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. CT
We are living in a time of increasing complexity, where information is abundant, perspectives are conflicting, and many of the structures we once relied upon for certainty feel less stable. In such an environment, the question naturally arises: What is true—and how do we know?
This experiential program invites participants to deepen their relationship with inner knowing as a reliable and steady source of guidance. Drawing from both spiritual understanding and somatic awareness, we will explore how intuition functions, how it can become obscured by fear, conditioning, and external noise, and how it may be refined through conscious attention and practice.
Together, we will examine the impact of collective uncertainty and the subtle sense of disillusionment or mistrust that can arise when external authorities no longer feel dependable. Rather than reinforcing confusion, this moment may be understood as an invitation to strengthen discernment and return to a more direct relationship with truth.
Participants will be guided through gentle, experiential practices—including energy-based techniques—to help release internal blocks such as doubt, fear, and over-reliance on external validation. These practices are designed to support greater clarity, inner steadiness, and alignment with one’s deeper knowing.
