Our vibrational being refers to understanding the idea that everything in the universe—including ourselves—is made up of energy that vibrates at different frequencies. Throughout the ages to modern time our being has been discussed in terms of vibration. Whether called Prana, Chi, Ki or vital force, humans have experienced the universal vibration flowing through all life and each one of us. This concept draws from spiritual traditions and modern science, offering a holistic approach to self-awareness, healing, and personal growth.
Join Jeff Prabhakar Migdow, M.D., holistic physician and Reiki master as we:
- Discuss the ideas and experiences of vibration from ancient India to Edgar Cayce to modern physics
- Understand how low vibrations (like fear, anger, or stress) can manifest as illness or emotional imbalance—and how to shift them.
- Learn lifestyle practices and techniques to experience and balance our personal vibrations in our day to day life
- Experience yogic practices to deepen and strengthen our vibrational connections and interactions
- Learn how to practice meditation, gratitude, forgiveness, and love to elevate your energetic frequency, bringing you closer to peace, clarity, and spiritual alignment.
It’s about living consciously—being aware of the energy you carry, how it affects your reality, and how to shift it toward greater well-being and alignment.
Registrants will receive on-demand access to recording(s) that can be viewed for four weeks following the conclusion of the program.
