Mondays, 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. CT
April 13 – April 20 (2 classes)
In this two-part online immersion, Dr. Kulreet Chaudhary unites the rigor of modern neuroscience with the wisdom of ancient yogic breath traditions to illuminate how conscious breathing reshapes the brain, regulates the nervous system, and opens pathways to deeper awareness. Participants explore the central role of the vagus nerve—the body’s primary conduit of mind-body communication—and learn how intentional breath practices enhance vagal tone, restoring balance to the stress response, supporting emotional resilience, and creating the physiological foundation for trauma healing.
Through science-grounded teaching and guided experiential practice, attendees discover how specific breath patterns influence brain waves, emotional regulation, cognitive clarity, and long-term neuroplastic change. Three breathing techniques from classical yoga are taught step-by-step, allowing participants to experience measurable shifts in physiology, autonomic balance, and inner stillness. Special attention is given to how breath-mediated vagal regulation gently unwinds stored stress and trauma patterns, fostering safety within the body and reconnecting participants to a deeper sense of presence and wholeness.
Designed for seekers, healers, clinicians, and those interested in practical methods to calm the mind and restore resilience, this course presents an accessible path to healing, nervous system regulation, and expanded consciousness through the most immediate instrument we possess—the breath.
Participants will gain:
