Mondays, 7:30 – 8:30 p.m. CT
September 28 – November 16 (8 classes)
This 8-week immersive journey is designed to help participants understand and begin healing ancestral karmic patterns through the lens of the Vedic and Siddha traditions. Drawing upon sacred mantra, subtle energy work, visualization, and ancient spiritual practices, the course gently guides participants into deeper awareness of how ancestral karma shapes emotional patterns, relationships, health, abundance, identity, and spiritual growth.
Within the Vedic understanding, ancestral karma is not simply psychological conditioning—it is an energetic inheritance carried through family lineages and passed down through the DNA. These karmic impressions can unconsciously influence thoughts, behaviors, emotional tendencies, fears, health patterns, relationships, and recurring life experiences across generations. Through sacred sound and guided energetic practices, participants begin the process of loosening these inherited patterns and restoring greater clarity, freedom, and alignment.
Each session begins with a sacred Chakra Mantra from the Siddha lineage, designed to awaken and harmonize the energy centers while preparing the nervous system and subtle body for deeper transformational work. This is followed by softly chanting a Shiva mantra, allowing the mind to settle and the heart to open into a deeper state of receptivity and awareness.
In the final portion of each session, participants are guided through specialized ancestral karmic healing practices invoking the Divine Mother as Durga to assist in dissolving karmic layers carried through the maternal and paternal lineages. Through a powerful combination of mantra, sound, visualization, and energetic techniques, Dr. Kulreet Chaudhary and her husband, Joshua Barr—who have both been trained in these sacred Vedic and Siddha practices—guide participants through a process designed to gently unravel inherited karmic imprints held within the subtle body.
Participants may experience:
- A profound sense of calm and nervous system regulation
- Greater awareness of inherited family patterns
- Emotional release and deep inner lightness
- Increased compassion toward oneself and one's lineage
- Greater clarity around repeating life experiences
- A stronger connection to intuition and inner guidance
- A feeling of energetic release and renewal
- A deeper connection to the sacred presence of the Divine Mother
This experience is mystical yet deeply grounded, offering participants a safe and supportive environment for profound inner transformation and ancestral healing.
