Welcome to a Calm Place A Companion to Three Minutes a DayThis course, developed as a companion to the recently published Three Minutes a Day, introduces the effective daily practice of calmness meditation. All of us experience periods in which we seem to lose control, and calmness meditation allows us more control and flexibility in our range of responses. This set of simple three-minute daily exercises introduces a state of calm, helping the practitioner to find a more spacious way of living and to generate a more creative way of life.

Each of the 45-minute sessions is experiential, building on the previous week. Each will begin with a brief introduction, a short meditation, and a discussion followed by 15 minutes for questions and discussion.

Registration includes on-demand access to recordings of all the classes, which can be viewed for two weeks following the date of the final class. Late registrants will receive recording links to all missed sessions for on-demand viewing.
