Friday, June 12, 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. CT

Embrace an evening of deep relaxation, renewal, and the gentle awakening of your inner awareness.
Following a brief guided meditation to settle the mind and soften the body, you will be bathed in the healing resonance of large titanium and bronze gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, handpan, didgeridoo, drums, shruti-box, vocals, and more.
The rich, multilayered soundscape works with your body’s natural intelligence—soothing the nervous system, dissolving accumulated stress, and amplifying an inner silence that restores equilibrium to body, mind, and spirit.
No experience necessary; simply arrive, lie back, and allow the vibration to do the work.
Participants leave feeling lighter, more open, and reconnected with a sense of vitality and optimism they didn’t realize was waiting for them.
Come ready to recharge, release, and reconnect with your Higher Self.
Please bring a mat or blanket to lie on (pillow if you need one). Chairs are available for those who prefer not to lie on the floor.
$40 in advance, $45 at the door
Marian Kraus is a Transformational Sound Journey Practitioner, born in Bratislava, Czechoslovakia, and shaped by experiences across three countries, weaving ancient sound wisdom with modern consciousness insights as a certified Gong Master and Level 2 Spring Forest Qigong practitioner. During group events, workshops, and private one-on-one sessions, participants immerse themselves in rich overtones from titanium and bronze gongs, singing bowls, didgeridoo, handpan, drums, vocals, and more. Drawing from his background as a fine-art and commercial photographer—trained in perceiving subtle patterns of beauty and coherence—Marian shapes each soundscape with meticulous attention to harmony that elevates consciousness and dissolves old patterns. As a coach trained in the TED (The Empowerment Dynamic) principles and teachings, Marian’s mission centers on creating spaces where focused frequencies guide participants toward states of calm, clarity, and personal transformation.
