Whale Breathing A Healing Yoga Practice to Reduce Stress Mary Rondenet Vivian Thorne 6.8.24What is WhaleBreathing? It’s a powerful self-healing breathing technique that helps release emotional patterns, relieving stress, anxiety, and tension. WhaleBreathing helps increase the awareness of your inner voice. As that clarity opens up, so does your ability to stand in your strength to find your own power and authentic self.

In this workshop, we will introduce mindfulness practices that will help you to establish and maintain your connection to body, soul, and spirit. We begin with diaphragm-opening yoga poses, creating space for more expansive breath, then moving into WhaleBreathing and closing with relaxing restorative poses and meditation.

Participants should bring a yoga mat to this workshop.
